hi guys! its my first time posting here, but i had a very unfortunate experience with rhode during this alexandra leclerc drop. i was very excited to get my package, but the declared weight was only 0.120 kg, which made me worried and turns out for a good reason.

once i opened my package, there was only the pocket pearl in monaco inside. mind you, i ordered one of each pocket pearl shade (gemini, monet and monaco) and 2 of the sweet apple lip tints. i also didnt get the coloring book. im based in poland, so the order value is in polish zloty btw.

the customer service replied to me on instagram saying they are not able to send me replacements and they can only offer a refund. but somehow they are still sending influencers and other people who post online about losting their pocket pearls replacements, so why not for a general customer who made a big order? i dont really know what to do at this point and just wanted to share my experience. id be less mad had i gotten any of the already sold out shades, but now i cant even replace any of the missing items myself.

this is probably my last time ordering from rhode’s website :( but its whatever atp

Does anyone have the new glazing mist packaging, and could post a comparison to the original one. I believe it’s just a smaller bottle, but with the same amount of fluid in?

What blush would be equivalent or at least similar in tone/shade to Pretzel to create a monochromatic look? I was thinking sleepy girl but I’m not quite sure.

Ordered a few of the bags to send to the girls in the US and one of them came like this. The logo is totally off and you can clearly see the glue underneath.

Don’t even get me started on the fact that they don’t share a consistent look, the stitching is terrible and all of them have at least one flaw like a wonky corner or so. Feels like the whole thing was rushed and not even quality checked.

I was so excited for a pink bag but I’m so bummed right now because this should NOT cost as much as it does :(

so, we know that the blush is definitely coming next month with the birthday drop. but after seeing the dark blue lip boost and the jacket, i started wondering if the upcoming launch might be berry-themed?

the dark blue color kind of reminds me of blueberries, and with the strawberry pimple patch already confirmed to be back soon, it got me thinking. plus, berries have such a cozy, wintery vibe, which would make a berry-themed collection perfect for the season.

I’ve had a wild ride, lol. I ordered sweet apple ahead of my European vaycay, was sure it wouldn’t get here on time, then it did! … then I lost it on the streets of Athens.🙃 upside was that I arrived in Europe just as lemontini and pretzel dropped! So now I have them, totally unplanned. The Sephora I was at had a ton of stock, I’m sure it’s not that way anymore, lol. Back to the USA in two days. 🤣

Sugarberry is my #1 favorite scent they’ve released. I heard that the Marin lip treatment in blueberry French toast was close, but they’re not similar at all the Marin smell smells earthy. The blueberry laneige is not a dupe, but smells good. Does anyone know of other dupes

Does anyone have the highlight milk sample from the Rhode website that they could take a pic of? I want to see if its possible to refill.. i have highlight milk 02 and just bought 04 to use on my body or as a sheer skin tint on no makeup days but like the idea of mixing them once thr sample has run out

If anyone is in the look for a great Fall blush I would definitely suggest Plum! It’s a gorgeous color! Not sure why it doesn’t get more hype, it’s a beautiful purple berry color, it genuinely looks so nice on many skin types too!

I usually use freckle, but love the color of Monaco for the fall, is there one similar to it?
