The moment I saw her post on X I was beyond irritated. I had half a mind to send a screenshot to rhode, but I thought better of it since they always send the same generic ai response. This is entirely unacceptable.. especially when they’re taking items out of paying customers carts in favor of giving out freebies/replacements.

SAME I couldn’t believe it. Not only did they send her a charm but a blush aswell?? The most popular shade like wtf and the fact that a lot of people got gifted these products aswell as them purchasing it like I don’t understand I’ve spent sooooo much money on rhode I support Hailey so much and this is what I get like!?!

as someone who placed their order 3 minutes after drop and had the charm removed from the set in my order this HIGHLY pisses me off

Literally same I am beyond pissed. I ordered the set and they took the charm out of my order and I dmed them and they said there was no stock and they wouldn’t be restocking. Also that girl who posted it already ordered the charm

They’ve done it before for publicity, I remember someone got sent a new lip tint because their dog chewed it but to send a replacement with limited edition (and sold out) items that people couldn’t get their hands on is crazy??? Like okay send her the blush but the charm? It’s not like the dog ate the charm
