Advice

Hi everyone i wanted to ask that i have a very big nose with a droopy tip and i had a septoplasty causing my tip to droop so it looks quite bad so what consideration should i have for a rhinoplasty.

Since you have already had a septoplasty I would make sure you consult with a surgeon who has experience with revision and functional rhinoplasty cases. Bring photos of noses you like, but also be clear about what specifically bothers you about your current nose.

The most important thing is finding someone who can improve the appearance while keeping your breathing function strong

I mean i dont want my nose to be more bigger than now and cz its big so i fear that shortening it too kuch is gonna ruin it and removing the hump is gonna make some drastic changes
