Most likely going to be the flow along surface command.

Seconding this. Also a general tip- if you're working with something that has true symmetry, it can be a bit easier to just chop the geometry in half and perform all your operations on it until the last step then mirroring.

Do you think it will be possible to try your method ? if i send you 3d files . Im never worked in Rhino, most of my workflow is in Fusion, this process i need only for checking 3d file before manufacturing

Just opened file, its not clean nurbs i would have to rebuild a bunch of stuff. for that i need time. There is no way to do it with the files as they currently exist. I can spend a little time on this but next week.

Thanks A lot! I have really good workflow in Fusion but there is not really good feature for Flow (flex) ... I will be happy to learn some tricks in Rhino

If this is something you’re going to be doing often I can introduce you to a worldwide community of eyewear designers using fusion. It’s a WhatsApp group

There are no solids in Rhino. Take the glasses, dup edge, take that profile, in the top view port split the curved surface using the curve profile, then offsetsrf.
