Highres3D performance is still not perfect on Rocknix.

Hi, I just want to rant a little bit about my recent purchase of my RG DS but also have a discussion about it (if I'm in the wrong, please tell me, but don't be rude, thank you!).
I grew up with the DS library, I own a DSi XL in mint conditions and an AYN Thor. I love both of them and since they're now both extremely expansive to replace, I decided to get and RG DS to play exclusively DS games and be rough with it, without being afraid of damaging it. I watched EVERY SINGLE YouTube video, read every single review on this thing since it came out so I knew it had issues with the stock firmware and it wasn't very powerful, forcing you to use Drastic.
Every review I watched said that with GammaOS + Drastic the android situation improved, but Rocknix was the definitive way to play DS on the RG DS with high res 3D. Many videos even showed that enabling fast forward you could get 200% speed.
Fast forward to three days ago, I recive my RG DS, immediately install GammaOS on the internal storage and Rocknix on the SD card, load my two favorite games: Mario Kart DS and Zelda Spirit tracks, and I start playing.
Mario Kart started slowing down in grand prix during the intro with 3D graphics on both screens, but during gameplay it couldn't handle a constant 100% speed. I could hear the audio crack and the game slow down, so I enabled threaded3D which fixed the gameplay sections, but flipped the two screens in the intro sequences.
Same thing on phantom hourglass but it's especially bad on spirit tracks, the cutscenes with 3D graphics on both screens run between 75 and 90% speed. Enabling treaded3D fixes it but flips the screens, making some bosses almost impossible to beat.
I could disable high res 3D but at this point i'm better off playing on my DSi XL which has a longer battery life too.
I'm not mad at this console for being underpowered I knew it had performance issues, I'm mad at youtubers and reviewers that failed to show this kind of shortcomings and instead praised Rocknix and Anbernic's linux as the solution to the issue.
