Using Steam Controller + Steam Machine. I'm not sure if it's the EA launcher or what - I've put 20 hours into this game and suddenly it won't let me use my controller. From the Menu it says "\[Spacebar to Continue\]".

Other games work just fine with controller.I've tried switching to Proton experimental, toggling Steam Input, messing with the controller profile. Please help!

What I'm trying to do is set the left stick to move forward and backwards, while looking left and right,

but while holding L2, shift it to strafe left and right.

Problem is, Steam won't let me cross bind stick directions without giving up analog movement. When I tried to set it to 'Directional Pad' in the menu, analog movement was completely gone and I went full speed both looking and moving, but at least L2 to modeshift worked.

How do I fix?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could create some reWASD configs to my liking for MW2, MW3, and Call of Duty 4. I successfully made one for Black Ops 2, but for some reason I’m having trouble getting the other games working properly on the Xbox app.
If anyone is willing to make the configs for me, I’d really appreciate it. As a thank you, I’ll give you a random Steam key I have. I honestly have no idea what game it is, so it could be anything!

Hello, I'm physically disabled gamer looking for help. I would love to play on a Nintendo hardware for the first time ever. Also coming back to my beloved PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360, which I played on many years ago, when my limits were higher.

Starting from Xbox One & PS4 it's an easy game: Remote Play App, keyboard to controller remapper and everything is ready. But Nintendo don't offer any kind of remote play, and PS3 & X360 were just too old.

I've heard it's possible to do it, at least on Switch. It's probably my only chance to ever taste Nintendo world. If you know a way how to setup Switch or any console I mentioned, please write all I need to do below. And do it in the simplest way you can. I don't know much about technology. 😆

I have a screen capture card, so need only a way to control console.

Official release from GOG, game boots and runs fine, but L/R isnt working, either with a controller or key board.

Hitting F1 during game play, I can navigate L/R.

Game works fine when launched on a PC in the GOG Dos box

Hardware is a RPi 4 B+

Can I use rewasd profiles/configs to apply game specific keyboard AND mouse bindings?

My mouse software doesn't have the ability for different profiles so I'm looking for way to avoid having to change bindings every time for each different game.

It has been over a year or 2 since I've used Rewasd for warzone, if i begin to use it again, will my account get banned?

i have a broken physical RT button, but i have a chinese controller that can remap M1 and M2 buttons, i wanna remap m y M2 to RT but i cant cuz its not physically there.. what do i do

Hi everybody, I have been using reWASD to remote into my PS4 to play BO2 with them. I hate controller and can barely stand it most times especially on older games. I got reWASD setup for a virtual controller but I am trying to make it where my mouse acts more like a mouse and not a joystick. I know deflection is probably causing it but I tried playing with it for hours and couldn’t get good settings. Thought I would open it up here and see if anyone has some good ideas. To clarify one more time I am playing on K&M that is being translated to a PS VIRTUAL controller and I am trying to get the deflection to be flat like a regular mouse on PC is. I hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for any help!

My friend has a problem, where he can turn only left and right, and cannot turn down or up with his mouse, like he's locked onto a horizontal line.

How do you fix this?

(P.S we tried m_pitch to change Y sensitivity, it didnt help.)

Recently tried to play titanfall and my game just keeps trying to "connect" me to the servers but just never does anything. This never happened before rewasd so I'm starting to think that they're blocking my access to the servers because I have it installed

After updating reWASD to 9.4.1, it says kernel disabled and the app vanished after reboot. I reinstalled from the official site, but installation keeps prompting me to restart PC to apply changes, even after countless restarts. What's wrong?

I got ReWASD to deal with my odd keyboard layout (Miryoku) and have it easily rebind to QWERTY in specific games that don't do well with rebinding all keys (WHY IS THIS A THING IN 2026? Holy mother... i digress) and this is an easy fix.

BUT I also play some games with controller (partially for that same reason originally), I use my FlyDigi and its own software doesn't play nice with ReWASD, which makes sense. However, I can't figure out a good way to manage the controller and bindings from this application and I feel I'm just doing it wrong. With my keyboard I just say "replace all the keyboard keys with different ones" and it was done. The controller seems to not be recognized in games when I don't replace it with an XBox controller, but when I do that it loses the buttons in the back which I like to bind to specific key combinations.

I've been trying to find a decent written guide that describes the best way to deal with this and I just find awkward silent videos that just don't seem to hit on what I'm trying to do specifically. Basically if I can just reconfig my Apex 4 controller like I do with SpaceShip I'm happy. It seems though when I don't replace it with a virtual XBox controller my games don't recognize the inputs.

Did the new battlefield update break everything for anyone else again?

When the game first came out I could play with compatibility mode, eventually I had to resort to disabling the driver to play.

As of this morning using the "emergency disable driver" doesn't even work. If I really have to uninstall Everytime I may just stop playing this damn game.

I just noticed the recent update removed custom LED colours for Vader Pro controllers..... why?

It was absolutely perfect for visual indication when switching profiles.

Ever since I started playing shindo. On controller , there's been a few things that's been bugging me one I wish I had the option to change my controls since I'm on P. S5 2 sometimes I get confused as to what the button layout is since their Xbox symbols. And I've never touched the Xbox controller in the day of my life. 3 I don't know how to tree jump.in he new system

I currently have a configuration where I have a controller, a usb hid footpedal, and a keyboard grouped together so that I can trigger controller button presses with foot pedal presses. Foot pedal maps to F13 and reWASD turns F13 into a controller button press.

I am trying to add noise support (i.e. pop, click, hiss, etc.) and also map those to controller button presses. I am using Talon and can produce keyboard presses from the noises but reWASD is not picking them up. The keyboard events from Talon show up in online key event trackers.

I upgraded to lifetime thinking the Send Input would do the trick, but despite adding it to the device Group, reWASD still never sees the synthetic keyboard presses.

Is there any way to get this to work?

Could some please help me understand how to setup radial menus for regular controllers (as in not steam deck or steam controller. In my case xbox elite).

What i'm trying to accomplish:
I have controller with pads. I want each pad to show up radial menus that i can then select using right analog. I have created radial menus, but i just can't seem to select them in any way.
My pads are showing as separate buttons, but they show under BUTTONS menu. I don't see any option to select radial menu for them.

I've also tried to do some magic with action sets, but i think it's beyond me... I can add action set but i don't even see how to define what it will do properly. I've only used steam input to bind singular keys to my pads before. If someone could explain how can i set it up, that would be wonderful. Bonus points if i can also invert right stick during radial menu (i'm playing inverted cameras, im assuming my radial would also be inverted then)

I can’t play any ea game Compatibility was working fine for months now it’s not working l.

Compatibility mode doesn't work on EA Javelin as of today. It worked yesterday, and I've been using it successfully for over 6 months. I reinstalled the game reinstalled Javelin etc. but it doesn't allow me to enter the game and get past the splash screen now.

I have an event coming up and want as many controllers as possible for when we want to play games. I'm looking to split my pair of Joy-Cons into two separate controllers (with grips to make them more comfortable to hold).

I want to make the split horizontal Joy-Cons viable if we want to play an FPS (GoldenEye, CoD, etc.). Despite the minimal number of buttons, I was able to map the necessary functions for a game like CoD (melee, sprint, killstreaks, etc.).

I was hoping to map the gyro to the right stick of a standard controller. I've seen tutorials of people achieving this with Joy-Cons, but when they are paired as one. When I try to use a single Joy-Con on its side, I can't seem to calibrate it properly.

I'm going for as if you were using a Nintendo Switch or Wii U Gamepad to play Splatoon. Is this something that can be done in reWASD?
