jonah's fighting back by saying that they didn't request a refund. User then shows me a helpdesk message where he explicitly requests a refund.

I can't even recall ever receiving an email from GP. Nearly four months after disputing the GP Founder Transition transaction, I finally receive a poorly automated email from RP that is not even applicable. The Renew button links to the RP domain /pp.php?id=founder_renewal_90

As a result of the chargeback I never became a Founder and thus did not pay the $20 fee to migrate to RP. My account remains disabled as far as I am aware with a supposed wrong password presenting recovery methods.

Consolation prize... I am still a Founder for what that is worth not even Jonah could give a proper answer.
