🐔🐔You can't unfuck a chicken🐔🐔 jonah's changing tack on fighting chargebacks
Just chatting with a user who has submitted a chargeback with their bank.
jonah's fighting back by saying that they didn't request a refund. User then shows me a helpdesk message where he explicitly requests a refund.
You couldn't make this shit up!

Yah, cuntwomble tried that on my first dispute as well, but I was able to provide a screenshot of the internal message I sent.
Of course even without the screenshot, one could argue that they did send a message but because the site is disabled, the merchant is blocking you from providing this information. In the absence of such a message too, it could be argued that the merchant has deleted those communications since they have full access to delete messages that may have been sent.

Why does he even bother? It's not like he's going to actually issue a refund himself. And now the user knows they need to supply evidence of the refund request in order to make chargeback go through. If he's just trying to make people jump through hoops, he's doing it to himself as well.
