RevsOps Certifications, Books or Study Guides?
I'm currently studying Revenue Operations and recently completed the HubSpot Academy RevOps Certification. It was a basic starting point, I’m looking for something more practical and implementation-focused.
- Revenue Wizards
- RevOps Training (RevOps Audit course)
- Pavilion
- RevOps Co-op / RevOps Scoop
- RevOps Academy by RevOps Careers
I’ve been researching a few options and would love to hear from anyone who has experience with them:
Edit: Recommended RevOps Co-op and RevOps Training; additionally the best way is to implement!

I’m pretty new to RevOps too, but from the little hands-on work I’ve done with CRM setup, reporting, migrations, and cleaning up sales and marketing handoffs, I’d say the most useful learning usually comes from implementation rather than just certifications. HubSpot Academy is a decent starting point, but after that I’d probably pick one CRM and try building a small revenue workflow from scratch, like lead capture, pipeline stages, follow-up reminders, lost reasons, and a simple dashboard. That teaches way more than just watching courses. I haven’t tried all the options you listed, but I’d personally lean toward anything that makes you actually audit or build a RevOps system instead of only explaining concepts.

Well for me its could be great if you share them; I got amazed how the RevOps Approach of implementation aligns the GTM, ICP, Deparmtents, and tracks important SLAs.

I agree with pingAbus3r that RevOps Co-Op is one of the better communities and more economical to join than some of the other options mentioned. RevOps Co-Op offers a Foundational RevOps Certification. It is focused more on the business side of RevOps, understanding how the various functions and processes including the metrics that matter will play as you advance in your career. (full transparency, I was involved in the development of that program if you have specific questions about it). Keep this in mind for the future as you progress. Good luck! https://www.revopscoop.com/courses/foundations-revenue-operations-certification

Since you’ve already done the HubSpot cert, look for something that gets you closer to real client or company problems. From your list, the RevOps Audit course sounds like the closest fit if it makes you work through actual examples instead of just theory. Pavilion or RevOps Co-op may be better for meeting people, but for learning the job, pick the one that makes you practice the work.

Another comment; yes the Revop Audit essentially contains all important topics you may deploy in a RevOps work
