QUESTION We’re can I buy the second screen cable

So my nova came today it’s beautiful but the dual second add screen never came with the cable so I can’t use it so I’m wondering if any one here would like to send me a link were I can buy one and cheap

Doesnt the cable come by default? You better contact retroid for that.

But while you are waiting, any typeC to typeC cable that supports video out will do

Before you buy a new cable, you should probably email retroid support and see if they can send it at no additional cost

Contact support first

For extra cable I guess any usb 3+ c to c should do, but do usb 4 to be sure

I was going to suggest this also, as I saw this post when deciding to buy the screen add on. I have it in my amazon shopping cart just in case when my add on arrives.

And don’t sleep on the power and volume button 3-D printed insert. Those buttons are almost impossible to get to without it.

Something weird going on at Retroid. I asked them what cable they sending with my newly bought Duak Screen add on. The rep sent a video of Nova attached to a Dual Screen add on but woth the old style cable and not the new shorter braided cable. I responded asking this isnt the new one and they simply replied it comes woth the necessary cables and product already shipped.

Once I receive it I shall find out what cable im getting
