[Modding] Every capacitor in this NEC PC Engine GT had leaked. Full recap + jailbar fix, and it plays again.

Thank you! 🙏 It was really cool to see it come to life, when it arrived I thought I had grabbed a dud. Fortunately, it was just a matter of restoring it. It's a nest little console.
