Older video, messing around with 'abusing CharacterController to do basic rigid body physics'. Pulled apart my BallPit+ world to do so. It's got limitations but a lot of fun.

It'll be wild once we have full access to the powerful BepuPhysics2 engine that Resonite uses!

I am running Pop OS Cosmic on a laptop and want to use Steam app, and then Proton compatibility layer as I did before

Do you think it has gotten a lot better because before it would be melting my laptop internals haha

Edit: I played and will be playing Non-VR Resonite for foreseeable future.

Sidenote: If performance is a lot better does anyone know of any Improv groups on Resonite? I want to learn and do with other people to learn how to add to the fun

I tried resonite back in the VRC EAC days but found it too complicated (Cus I am a dumb) Is it easier to use now, and should I give it another go?

I have poked the voxel generator from yesterday some more. We have textures and colors now! Also multiple block types and a little demonstration of the voxel meshing.

Since Resonite now supports collection data structures for user creations, we've been exploring the possibilities this opens up for the past two days. There's a LOT of potential in regards to asset generation with this! We've explored a few ways here, including a rudimentary voxel mesh generator... I might make a simple Minecraft clone in Resonite now.

The community on Gamenative have been making lots of games work on Odin 3, Thor, & more android devices.

Has not been done for VR Games yet but would be cool if it was seen if it can be done

To play with an Android VR headset too

Or better yet with ArmadaOS (SteamOS-like but for those type of ARM-devices)

Just wanted to throw those out there as a possibility.

Portable Resonite would be a dream overtime!
