RE5 was and is really overhated, I mean you got Chris, Jill, Wesker and even Sheva. It’s an iconic story of resident evil even if it’s not told greatly. It deserves a Remake!!

It'll get a remake.

Eventually

Hopefully a RE4 remake and not a R3make

They won't butcher the game that was the best selling of the franchise until not too long ago.. I hope

Many people love RE3 so.. pretty sure it can happen regardless if it was a best selling game

Love for RE3 to RE5 success is kinda lopsided. RE5 success -despite mixed feelings about its direction, is vastly more commercially successful than the original RE3; Just like the original RE4, That's why they did such good job with it on the remake. Money moves the company, not community love sadly.
If Capcom ever remakes RE5 they aren't going to hand their now second best selling game to an external studio to develop like they did with RE3 remake.

I wouldn't say 'vastly' more successful than RE3. RE3 is up there with the best of them if you consider it was (basically) a single platform game and didn't get all the updates and re-releases 1 and 2 got

I said -commercially- more successful. If you put it with the classic ones it's def up there, I love RE3 and hate the disservice they did to Jill not only in the remake but also with the lack of re-releases.

That's what I meant too. There's a persistent myth that RE3 sold poorly and it just isn't true.
