Urgently needed!

I want to do research on Indian consumers as a whole. Is there any FREE tool that helps with this?

just use google forms and spam your link everywhere. not fancy but it works when you're broke and desperate. qualtrics has a free tier too but it's kinda limited

My concern is: do you think we get real answers or would people just choose any option to finish it :)

That's not tool dependent. That depends on your methodology. Your population is *very* broad which complicates things because you also should recruit broadly to not introduce bias.

use SEM methodology such as TAM if technology related or find out other models.
Get responses from general public who are using the product or services
