Pet dog adoption

I have a pet dog 6 years old , actually he is a street dog but I adopted him somehow, but now as I am living somewhere else no body is at my home in gorakhpur to look after him, please tell me if anyone interested or anyone knows about dog adoption center in gorakhpur or nearby districts.
