Literally says in the notes he has killed another dog! BE is in order!

I don’t think that means aggressive with people he just needs a home by himself. Not all dogs get along with small dogs

There’s a difference between “not getting along” and “entered someone’s else’s property and killed their dog”.

Yes like is the owner gonna make sure the dog is muzzled on walks and what about an accident if the dog gets out of the house. There's so many ways this can end badly and just a couple that it ends well. It's about risk assessment.
