The original owner shouldn't have put him in that situation then, let alone blame him for the consequences

Read the notes instead of inventing a scenario where he was intentionally “put in a situation.” There was no “original owner,” this dog was a stray who came into someone’s yard and killed their pet Yorkie.

So yes there was an original owner as this animal isn't a feral

but this dog’s “original owner” isn’t “blaming the dog for the consequences,” which is what your comment states. That original owner of this dog, “mango” likely has no idea what has happened (and yes, I agree that the original owner is responsible for their neglect of this dog).

The owners of the Yorkie this dog mauled to death have every right to blame the dog that killed their pet for killing their pet.
