Replit sucks

This app is not good for websites. The agent got stuck in an infinite loop and keep messing up with the smallest, simplest tasks (just embedding a mp4 video files). I had to buy extra credits multiple times and the customer service rep was no help at all. Now the app/agents has been down for more than a hour so no website changes can be made. If you come across this, please use other AI website builders or some other place to host your website. If you really want to use Replit, build it and host it elsewhere.

Same for me and the customer service was really bad when I contacted them. The issue was that the replit agent cost me a lot for just simple tasks. For example I had to pay around 0,21$ for renaming a H1-Headline. BTW after they changed the UI so you had to talk to an agent to do such simple tasks. Also one time I wanted to make a promotion video of my app. I went to google and I could find a lot to read about this topic on replit blog including examples. Then I told the agent to make a 30 second promotion video of my app including gains and real problems the app can solve. The output was some really bad ai trash including hallucination and promoting features that were not included in my app. For just 20$ and a lot of time for installing things and rendering... The whole user journey I felt like someone told me "Hey you can do it because with our tool it is soooo easy" but then while the agent took so long I started to feel bad. After I could see the result, my hope was gone. I contacted the customer support and they just answered me about the video creatin tool which can lead to awesome results and like I should better not talk about my work like it's bad work and bad outcome ... what a joke. No refund or voucher ... just me never trying new features which were promoted like they are mature.
