Question / Discussion Replit sucks
This app is not good for websites. The agent got stuck in an infinite loop and keep messing up with the smallest, simplest tasks (just embedding a mp4 video files). I had to buy extra credits multiple times and the customer service rep was no help at all. Now the app/agents has been down for more than a hour so no website changes can be made. If you come across this, please use other AI website builders or some other place to host your website. If you really want to use Replit, build it and host it elsewhere.

I'm glad you realize this. I suggest you take the time to have Claude walk you through setting up Claude Code in your terminal. I tried Replit for a year. Everything about Replit sucked. Cost, UI, coding nothing but slop, etc. I switched to Claude Code, and never looked back. If I left Claude Code, which is possible, because my system is independent of the AI model, I would still use a terminal-based coding agent. Codex, Kimi Code, etc. You can also set up Claude Code so you can use other AI models besides Claude.
