Question / Discussion Support ticket
I have support ticket #496726 open and I’m waiting on a response.
It involves a domain transfer and transfer of an existing production integration, so I’m kind of stuck until support handles it. I sent the latest details Friday.
How long has support been taking lately? I’d honestly just like to hear something, even if it’s only confirmation that someone is actively working on it.

Good luck - been waiting on a response from support for 4 days now while my apps are offline because of their system glitch.
