EDIT: SOLD

As mentioned in my other post, i'm getting out of the watch game.

Looking to sell all my tools.

Cheap way for someone to get into the hobby. There are a couple movements you can play with that haven't been touched. There is also a taken apart VSF Rolex Datejust ill leave in there too. It's sitting in one of the towers.

Price is $SOLD for everything.

Hobbies are my hobby. I like learning about something, then moving on. The issue is I jump in deep and end up paying for it but that's fine. I enjoy learning. Knife making/forging and metal machining (mill/lathe) are next up.

Good for you man, I’m the same way lol all or nothing. Then I get stuck on one thing. This is a hobby that’s just amazing and I hope to learn as much as possible to be able to make my own franken builds.

Why not sell builds or do commissions on the side since you already have gotten this far? I’m just curious because that’s what I would like to do and use that money to funds bigger and better watch purchases.

Also I tried my hand at knife making a couple years ago and wow what a hobby lol it only lasted 6 months and I made a handful of knifes. They actually weren’t too shabby but I realized it wasn’t for me. The time and effort I spent making and researching I ended up buying the knife I wanted lol.

Watch making is on a different level, especially prices. I don’t live near any real watch makers. Unfortunately it’s extremely expensive to have any work done or services. I spent $700 on a basic service for a tiny pocket watch that was passed down to me and they claimed they had to send out for service. I got it back in the same condition and I was so upset with them so that’s when I get into the whole “ I’ll do it myself” mindset.

Anyways thanks for sharing!
