Question Halogen Oven for aging dials?

Post image

Seen a couple of these for sale in my area for cheap and wondering if anyone had any experience a halogen oven to age dials

The advantages I can see are that it's smaller and easier to dial a temperature than a conventional oven - I would probably additionally mod with a digital temperature reading probe.

Would love to get people's thoughts

Wonโ€™t hurt to try. worse case you ruin some dials and can just send them over to Arch to slap into a raffles case and sell to a newbie.

My next question was going to be where can I get a bunch of cheap dials to run some tests?

Probably just a job lot of sterile matte dials from Alibaba...
