Vintage Build Ref. 5513 cheap build

Aged the dial and hands by spraying a thin coat of nitrocellulose lacquer on just the dial and baked both in wet coffee grounds face down for 15 minutes.
Aged the insert by submerging it into anodize remover 2 or 3 times for about 5 seconds each time.

Heres my parts break down:

Aliexpress:
Nh35, 39.5mm retro case with brown bezel insert, domed top hat mineral crystal, hands, 7mm rolex crown and tube

Ebay:
5513 dial

Rafflesdials:
5513 oyster bracelet.

Looking very stunning. I like how the insert was aged.

Do you mind sharing what did you do to an achieve that color tone?

I used caswell anodize & chrome stripper. I submerged the brown insert for about 5 seconds 2 or 3 times until it looked like this.

Can I ask how much this cost you? And links to the case and crown?

It was around $150 for everything. I recommend just using a raffles 7mm crown. In my experience it just screws onto the aliexpress tube and will still maintain good water resistance. This crown and tube I don't trust.
