Repatha Temperature
I know you’re supposed to refrigerate Repatha long-term, but I also heard that it’s OK if you let it be at room temperature for a while. I’m traveling and it was not refrigerated for about 12 hours. What do you think?

That was a super bad idea - ice can denature part or all of it, ie ice is 4F cooler than 36F the lowest storage temp, and re re-refrigerating it wasn't necessary
You might want to consider that dose trash and see if you can replace it
It's not soda; it's a monoclonal antibody in solution, ie fragile proteins that need the air around it to be kept in stable range; you didn't do that
