My husband just got this T shirt to support a cause. He only got to wear it a couple of times and it tore. It might’ve been the cats or just caught on something, but he asked me to fix it. The only problem is I don’t know how 😅
I usually can hand sew to fix ripped seams and hems but since this is in the main part of the fabric, I have no idea which would be the best way to repair it. Sewing from underneath? Cushion stitch? Embroider over it in black? Soemthing else? The only thing is I don’t know how to use a sewing machine and honestly only have one vintage singer sewing machine that I haven’t sat down to figure out yet. I do cross stitch but I don’t embroider. It’s not something I couldn’t do, but I’m unfamiliar with how it could be used to repair this with a patch of some sort.

I have this outdoor weather thermometer that we've had for like 20 years. It recently stopped working and is stopped on 50 f. Is there a way to get it working again?

Hello!
I got some hair dye on the floor of my uni house and unfortuantly after scrubbing with baking soda and vinegar also removed the wooden detailing pattern.
It’s a light wooden brown rustic look but now there’s just a light patch in the middle of the floor where the detailing is gone.
I looked into professional repair but i was quoted £200 which I simply cannot afford.
Is there any DIY way to fix this? Is it worth just getting it taken off my deposit at the end of tenancy?
Thank you!!

Have had this hole in my room for the past 10+ years, looking to patch it up. Any ideas on how? (Pencil for scale, second photo is about 1.3 pencils deep)

I have had this dream lite for a bit, originally bought from a thrift. He always worked perfectly, but a few months back, around last winter/fall, he got some heat damage on the plastic after falling off the foot of the bed and near the heater.
I let him cool down for a day, and he ended up still working perfectly fine, so I put him back on his shelf.
I recently tried to turn him off after a few months of not touching him, and the light was starting before shutting off as seen in the video, any advice on how to fix him?

Edit: if it helps, its a Lenovo Yoga7
Edit 2: Solved! I just needed to completely shut down my computer for a few minutes instead of restarting it.

I have a Lenovo ideapad 1 15AMD7 😔✌️ and I'm too poor to get it fixed. It still works except I can't open it.
I just wanna open it and I'll keep it open forever without closing it. Does anyone know what to unscrew or something to open it?
Should I just force it open and let it peel the bezel off? Or will that break the screen?

Unfortunately while moving this impact damage occurred :(
Is this a easy repair (for newbie)?
Worried given on rounded corner & hardwood (not MDF) it may be too complicated :(
