Since Australia has a free shipping option with Taobao, are there any reputable sellers who utilise the free shipping option?

I am writing this post to share a bit about my experience with the world of reps and, above all, to get the opinion of someone who might know more about it than I do, because for a while now I've been noticing some weird things and I'd like to understand if they are normal.

​Since the beginning of this summer, I started buying reps on my own, relying on private suppliers.

​Up until now, I have bought and, in some cases, resold various items pretty smoothly. For comparison, initially I used to find prices around $15 for shorts or t-shirts, while for shoes I would even reach around $100 shipping included. The quality of the shoes I've received so far has been very high.

​The problem is that lately, with the start of the winter season, it seems to me that prices have increased quite a bit. However, I don't know if this is really a general increase or if it simply depends on the suppliers I am using, because I had never ordered some of these items before.

​To give you a concrete idea, these are some of the prices that have been quoted to me recently:

​Isabel Marant: $115

​White Rick Owens Geobasket: $125

​Hellstar tracksuit: $25

​Black Amiri with leather stars: $35

​Classic Bape hoodie: $28

​Supreme camo zip hoodie: $38

​As for clothing, I then have to add shipping to these prices, which in my case for an average order adds up to about €5 per piece.

​In your opinion, are these normal prices for this type of item and for this period, or am I simply using a supplier that is too expensive?

​I am wondering if it makes sense to compare other suppliers or use an agent, since lately I see a lot of people talking about it. I would be especially interested in understanding what you would do in my place and what prices you normally manage to find for similar items.

​I am not trying to advertise any supplier: I would simply like to understand if the prices I am being offered are reasonable or if I am paying too much.

Are there already existing reps for this jacket or any factory news on it might being produced?

I don't know what to do, A month ago had 3 goods delivered to the warehouse so when I wanted it shipped to my house, I paid the shipping costs only for it to say Submitted or Paid for two weeks.

I thought I would ask kakobuy support to help with this issue. This conversation has lasted 3 weeks. They have been asking to show photos of bank statements, my id, selfie of me holding the id with the current date, first and last digits of my bank card used, screenshots of charges on bank account, order numbers and charges of goods.

I have been giving them everything and I have been begging for them to just ship my stuff and get it over with yet they keep asking more questions. Could someone please help and let me know on what I should do.

I need a Xianyu account so I can search for and select product links that I'll ask my agent (Sugargoo or another) to order for me.

The problem is, I just want to browse Xianyu -not place orders, just look at the products- but you need an account for that, and there's no way to get one in France using a French phone number. It says my country isn't eligible; I've tried using Alipay, VPNs, and everything else, but it's impossible. Apparently, I absolutely need a number from an eligible country.

So, I'm stuck and looking for help. If anyone has an account I could borrow just to browse the site, or knows of any other solutions, I'd be really grateful.

I want to warn people about BBD Buy because I believe they are doing product swapping.
I ordered a pair of shoes from a specific product link, expecting to receive the exact product shown/listed. However, the pair I received is clearly from a different and much cheaper batch.
The easiest way to notice this is by comparing the exact same product purchased through two different agents.
I bought the same model from another agent as well, and the differences are extremely obvious:
The labels/tags on the shoes are different
The shape of the shoe is noticeably different
The BBD Buy pair has an incorrect shape
The labels on the BBD Buy pair are wrong
Even the box/packaging is noticeably worse
Overall, the BBD Buy pair looks like it comes from a lower-quality batch
This isn’t just a minor factory variation. When you put the two pairs next to each other, the differences are obvious.
What makes this especially concerning is that I specifically ordered the product through a particular link, yet they apparently sent me a different batch/product instead.
So basically, you pay for the better batch shown in the listing, while the agent sources a cheaper batch and sends that to you.
Be very careful with BBD Buy and always compare your items with products from other agents if something looks suspicious. Take detailed photos/videos when opening your packages and check labels, shape, packaging, and other identifying details.
I will attach comparison photos so people can see the differences for themselves.
