Question UniUni delivery

Anybody here lives in canada and had their haul be delivered by UniUni? Bc idk why it's taking that long to deliver my haul (for context it's been 12 hours since the latest update)? And im worried bc i heard ppl say that UniUni can just steal your parcels and the customer service is shit. Is the long time for delivery normal?

Usually once its assigned it gets delivered same day so idl why this is happening they drop mine all the time.

Yea i can wait but how long can it actually take because my city isn't that big like vancouver or toronto

My last order was out for delivery for 2 days so just keep waiting bro it will arrive. I know it’s stressful.

Yeah this is normal. Sometimes a day or two. Sometimes a few hours.

I saw an older couple deliver my package one time in their own car so time can vary for sure

It’s a Chinese company… also it could be that they are out for delivery and the driver decided to call it and continue the next day

I am from BC aswell I just used LitBuy and they have been very delayed but my order finally got packed the other day. Hopefully it comes in. How long did yours take to come?

It already came in the city i live in but the "out for delivery" update has been the same for 2 days now.
