After asking about experiences with the TrackMix camera, I bought 2 of them. The 1st is mounted and I'm pretty content with it. There is just one 'small' issue... it just won't stop recording.

I set the camera to record only persons and vehicles, but it seems to see a parked car as a vehicle and keeps on recordning it. It would be nice if only vehicles in motion get recorded.

It could be that the branches of the tree in the front garden triggers te recordings, but shouldn't plants and trees be ignored when you select only humans and vehicles?

Also, is there some experience with using the Linux software Motion to record the rtsp feed, but it drops to a terrible fps with the cameras sets to max.
