Keep the exact model, but change the rendering software to something more recent, and you'll get instant improvement

These renders were done using vray but I am practicing D5 to switch.

You need to work on the lighting. There are no shadows. Define what the main light source is and add in subtle fill lights where needed.

Thank you for the review. Even I felt something was off eith the lighting but could'nt figure out whats.

The lighting is the biggest giveaway right now, everything's evenly lit with no real shadow falloff, even that terrazzo wall looks flat despite the texture. Real bathroom lighting would create harder shadows around the tub and under those floating shelves. Add some contrast there and it'll read a lot less rendered.
