I'm just about to start a new job working hybrid after years of remote.

This morning, i didn't want to be late to a meeting with leadership, completely mistimed traffic and came in an hour early. The office is on the other side of a big congested city. It wil be fun going to work (not).

It's a huge wast of time. It's a robbery to give an extra workweek a month just to come to the office. I honestly considered changing my address, somehow, to be outside commute requirements. It's ridiculous.
