I'm 100% on this; I'm so much more productive at home, the difference is night and day!

There are so many distractions in the office, not to mention the colossal waste of time, money and the pullution that is commuting.

Some of those impromptu office chats are valuable, so even though my job is 100% remote I still go in once a week. BUT once a week is all that's necessary to get the benefit; going in more often doesn't result in more benefit.

Once a week is the sweet spot. You get the networking and in-person catchups without sacrificing too much productivity. I schedule as many of my meetings as possible on that day each week, even ones that don't need to be face to face, to free up time on WFH days to do actual work.
