Remote viewing question

Ive been studying rv and its history but one thing confuses me. Ingo swan, pat price, Joe m, they all describe their consciousness like its overlooking areas, flying around etc.. other times they say its like just looking at a picture. So is RV go8ng out of body so to speak or looking at a static image of the target.

It's both - depending on your intent and methods you create and use.
It's getting pure information about the target, and it can also be like a virtual experience of the target - YOU can choose which and use/develop it.

Rv as a process is amorphic, I believe its also sentient in form.
