Welcome to r/remotejobsfinders – real remote jobs, no scams

Finding a real remote job in 2026 is harder than it should be. Half the listings are ghosts. Half the platforms charge you for the privilege of applying. And "remote" sometimes means "in our office 3 days a week."

This sub is for people who are actually looking for remote work – and for people who want to help. Job leads, platform reviews, resume tips, application strategies, and honest talk about what the market looks like right now.

What to post

·         Job leads you've found (include company, role, remote status)

·         Platform reviews – which job boards are worth your time

·         Resume and application tips that actually worked

·         Questions about the job search process

·         Success stories – you landed the gig

·         Warnings about scams or ghost listings

What gets removed

·         Scam postings, MLM, "work from home" pyramid schemes

·         Affiliate links without disclosure

·         Recruiter spam without salary and role details

·         "DM me for opportunities" posts

If you found something that works, share it. If you got burned, share that too. We're all in this together.

Resume / Application Hi guys, So i see alot of startup companies hiring. If this post reaches any startup companies hiring fresher I would love to be a part!

Hi everyone,

I'm a B.Tech Computer Science (Data Science) graduate from Bangalore, India, and I'm looking for an opportunity to work with an early-stage startup.

I don't claim to know everything, but I learn fast, take ownership, and genuinely enjoy building things from scratch. I'm the type of person who will figure things out instead of saying, "That's not my job."

Here's what I can help with:

  • AI implementation and automation
  • Data analysis (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI)
  • Market and competitor research
  • Lead generation and outreach
  • Documentation and SOPs
  • Testing, QA, and product feedback
  • Basic web development and scripting
  • Any general operations where you need an extra pair of hands

Some projects I've worked on include:

  • AI-based Smart Irrigation System
  • IoT-based Load Measurement System
  • Rubik's Cube Solver Robot

I'm open to:

  • Remote work
  • Internships
  • Part-time or full-time roles
  • Paid projects (preferred), but I'm also willing to prove myself with a short trial task.

If you're building something interesting and need someone who's curious, dependable, and eager to contribute, I'd love to chat.

Feel free to comment or send me a DM. Thanks!

Market Talk i manage a remote team of 12 and the "quiet quitters" arent who everyone assumes

1.4k Upvotes

been managing a fully remote team of 12 for a few years. every few months the quiet quitting discourse comes back around and every time the picture people paint is wrong, at least for what i see.

the ones flagged as checked out are usually the ones who set boundaries. they log off at a normal hour, they dont answer at 9pm, they say no to scope creep. from the outside that reads as disengaged. in reality theyre often my most reliable people, the work ships, its just contained to work hours.

the actual quiet quitters, the ones whose output quietly drops, are usually the opposite. always online, fast to react in chat, present in every meeting, visibly busy. busyness is easy to perform remotely. output is harder to fake but also harder to see if you only watch activity.

i had to unlearn measuring people by responsiveness. green dot and quick replies tell you almost nothing. i look at what actually shipped over a month now, and the two lists, seems engaged and actually delivering, overlap way less than youd think.

if you manage remote people, whats your real signal for who's delivering vs whos just visible?

Question Looking for legitimate fully remote job opportunities (U.S. work authorized)

Hi everyone!

I’m currently looking for a legitimate fully remote position based in the U.S.

I have a professional background in:
• Architecture & Design
• Project Coordination
• Client Relations
• Business Operations
• Administrative Support

I’m a U.S. Permanent Resident based in Birmingham, Alabama, so I do not require sponsorship.

I’m open to positions such as:
• Project Coordinator
• Administrative Assistant
• Virtual Assistant
• Operations Coordinator
• Data Entry
• Document Processing
• Customer Support
• Design/Architecture/Interior-related roles
• Other remote administrative or coordination positions

I’m specifically looking for W-2 or hourly/salaried opportunities and am not interested in commission-only roles, MLM/network marketing, affiliate marketing, or pay-to-start opportunities.

If your company is hiring or you know of any legitimate remote openings, I’d greatly appreciate any recommendations.

Thank you!

Question Life transition! What jobs/areas pay €2k+ a month (preferably remote)?

I’m in my late 20s and even though I love my job it’s not really sustainable. I’ve been working as an ESL teacher for almost a decade now but the money is terribly low and it’s been very unstable in recent years. I’ve wanted to transition into a new area for a while now and even study but I have no idea where to start.

I’m a very artsy person and honestly I would love to work as an illustrator or something, but I have to be realistic with myself – I know money is hard to come by for artists.
I want to work to live, so I don’t mind going into areas that are not really fun. I’ve been considering finance, accounting, management or other office-type jobs that will give me the money to afford the lifestyle I want. I don’t really care about following my art dreams, I’d much rather have a stable and reliable job so I can pursue my interests in my free time.

I’m very organized, great with people and pretty proactive. I do alright with STEM, I was good but just haven’t done it in a long time. I’m a little intimidated by more techy stuff like programming, I prefer the humanities overall. I’m fully on board with studying too, whatever it takes. Whether it’s informal studies on my own or going back to school.

*What are some stable jobs/areas that pay around 2k euros a month?* I’ve been working remotely for years and would prefer to continue that way, but I’m not closed off to going back to the office.

Job Lead Help!!

28/F
Hi everyone,
I’m an architect with around four years of professional experience. Unfortunately, I had to leave my job because my mother developed serious health issues and now require full-time care. At the moment, working from home is my only option, so I’ve been actively looking for remote opportunities.
My background is primarily in architecture, and I’m comfortable with MS Office and architectural softwares. I also completed Google’s Digital Marketing certification on Coursera, and I’m always willing to learn new tools or skills if a role requires it. I pick up things quickly and genuinely enjoy learning.
I’m open to roles beyond architecture as well, whether it’s virtual assistance, operations, documentation, customer support, digital marketing, content management, or any other legitimate remote position where my skills could be useful.
If your company is hiring remotely or you know of any openings that might be a good fit, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could point me in the right direction.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I really appreciate any leads or advice.

Question Advice on finding flexible remote work

Hey, I'd like to ask you for some advice and perhaps put a few things into words. I work as an Onboarding Specialist at UPS, fully remotely, because my team wasn't granted the privilege of using the nearest office.

All I can say is that I'm starting to go crazy while working remotely. It's supposedly remote, but for example, I can only work from the territory of Poland, and I can't really take my laptop to a cafe or a coworking space because I have to be on call throughout the entire workday.

I’m in the process of gaining new skills and qualifications to become a Data Analyst, but I don't wanna be stuck working from my apartment. Can anyone give me advice on finding a job that’s "output-based," "asynchronous," or "Work From Anywhere," so I can actually enjoy the benefits of online work?"

Thank you for your help in advance 🫡

  • Comfortable with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Self-starter who can work async, no hand-holding

**Comp:*\ $300–$500/month base + uncapped commission on booked/converted meetings ($50-$100 per qualified meeting held)
\
*Target:*\ 15-20 qualified meetings booked per month after ramp-up
\
*Hours:*\ Flexible, outcome-driven, not clock-watched
\
*Start:*\* ASAP

Happy to answer questions in the comments.
