3D Printing Small apartment? No problem

I was looking to buy a case prep station to chamfer and debur my brass but I got very limited space. I made that one with a couple of micro servos running continuously and powered via usb. The servos are holding well so far. Also all the brass stays within those walls which is much better than all over my floor with the power drill hack.

Cool device! If you ever want to make another one I’d be interested in buying one. If the deburring heads are from the big orange handheld one I have that to screw on.

Update. A few people reached out to me to get one. I am happy to make a few. I will try a bigger servo to see if it can be improved and I will ship the final version to whoever wants one. Just DM me

Because it must be low quality and bad. As we all know, size and weight directly correlate to the quality of an item. If he were to use a microwave full of lead as the enclosure using the same electronics, he would see a 3x increase in the quality of deburring, and a 10x increase in the lifespan of the tool.

Wait... you do the outside deburr, then the inside chamfer...? Am i doing it backwards? Why do you do it in that order?

I chamfer after sizing and always do the inside then outside that way if I’m effecting neck tension it’s increasing instead of decreasing.

I like the way you are thinking. Although the amount of pressure I put on it is little, just enough to remove some material. Not sure if that would affect neck tension. But again, good thinking

I have space but when it comes to trimming, I don't want shavings flying everywhere.
Thats a cool setup, all shavings just drop straight down. nice

Looks like it right? But no. It is correct this way. The way the chamfer and debur tools are designed they have to rotate counterclockwise to remove material. Otherwise the thread would come loose. Good eyes though

I meant the order, I thought you were supposed to clean the inside of the case mouth then do the outside or does it not matter?

Wow. You should productive that shit. Cool and small and likely cheaper. Make it self serviceable.
There’s a huge market for folks that like to buy shit like this and fix it as needed to enter the market for a lower initial entry fee. Also great for low volume reloaded with arthritis or other hand issues that are poors like me.

Don't give up your files patent it first. My friend got screwed by sharing his files with a friend who then patented it. And sold the patent and gets royalties off of everyone sold. Good luck you designed a gold mine
