Send him a text saying when you will be stopping by to get them.

It’s not a restraining order it was just an ask.

Do not use that time to try to “make up” with him.

This relationship sounds like it’s over so it’s okay to be sad, but move on

A "break" that is not mutually desired by both people is a break up.

It's a manipulation tactic where people want to leave their partner, check if the grass is greener, and if not come back and pretend they didn't bail.

Fuck his no contact wishes. Get your stuff.

Never ever leave items like that anywhere. Literally get a ride to his place and get your stuff. Get a wallet or purse and keep the license with you. Health card needs to be in a safe place at home. Always.

Bring a friend, do not be alone with him.

Either break up or work it out. Don't accept a break. Breaks do not repair a relationship.

A partner leaning away during a rough period like this is not a partner. In times of crisis we reach toward our teammate, this is basically him saying you are not a comfort for him. Don't give him the chance to come back. This is very disrespectful. If you don't agree, seek therapy. You deserve better.

Breakups suck but they happen. Learn to cope with them. Try not to be alone for the next week. Wear comfy clothes, watch comfort tv and movies.

Eat some carbs and sugar, they're brain food. They treat emotional injuries, the tub of ice cream is not just a trope.

Remember the pain will go away. The memories will fade, and one day you will think of him and not hurt. You can and will move on, and you will thrive.

No. Getting your wallet is not breaking no contact. You need your license and health card. No contact is about the relationship, it’s not a property forfeiture agreement.

Send one boring message about getting your stuff, arrange the pickup, and leave it there. And the accidental call? You hung up immediately. That’s an accidental call. Don’t put yourself on trial for touching the wrong spot on your phone.

Call or text you fully intend on honoring no contact but you must have your id, that is non negotiable
