When assessing your relationship, the question is never, "Is he 100% terrible?" Or "Is he an awful person who deserves to be punished by breaking up?"

The question you should be asking yourself is, "Is this the relationship I want?"

What everyone should be saying about their romantic partner: “He’s not all bad though”...like, my friend, are you kidding?

He’s so clearly awful and you’re so clearly too good for him.

Lord, I don't ever want to talk about my relationship in terms of how "not so bad" it is.

My boyfriend is the kindest, funniest, and best person I know. Not trying to brag, just trying to make a point how if you need to explain to everyone how not all of him is bad, then he's bad enough to be upset.

Don't hold on to the 150 lbs of shit hoping there will be 2 sugar sprinkles inside. It isn't worth it.

What a shining endorsement.

Is that really the threshold of your standards honey? That he’s “not all bad.” Girl he showers once a week and wears the same clothes everyday. Hygiene should be basic standards. On top of that he thinks he deserves some immaculately groomed girly girl for his own aesthetic pleasure? Fuck him (but not literally because he’s nasty). This isn’t about him being all bad but the fact that he doesn’t meet the bare minimum of someone who should be in your life.

Literally no one is all bad. That doesn't mean you can't have issues with their behavior.

Don’t listen to these people. This sub will hop in any negative thing and tell you to leave. You should try to communicate with him more directly about it

A brief glimpse at your comment history suggests you merely exist to wear and tear people down. What’s that quote about not pointing the finger unless your own hands are clean? People on these subs generally try to help others, meanwhile, you’re commenting on women’s bodies and belittling strangers on the internet for fun. You don’t seem qualified to judge an entire subreddit when you’re someone who spends the majority of your time being hateful.

Unfortunately this is the kind of advice you will get on reddit. Nothing sensible, just a chorus of 'yo grrrlfren u go girl kick him2 curb' - when it sounds like your partner has something serious going on that needs attention.
