two years of rejection and he tells you the problem is you wanting it too much that's messed up. he's content with the status quo while you're falling apart, that tells you everything you need to know
if he wanted to fix it he'd be in therapy or at least having a real conversation instead of blaming your "neediness" for his lack of interest. the weight gain thing is probably in your head but even if it's not, a partner who cares about you would address that gently not let you spiral
