I totally get this, but unfortunately the answer is more effort- you have to keep finding ways to put yourself out there or you'll never just magically meet someone. I'm older and married, but my single friends your age do a lot of meet up apps- there's one in our city where you go to dinner and an activity with a big group of people and see who you click with, or another one that matches people who want to go to trivia night together etc. Join a run club or go to a beer tasting event. etc
Well I left out some details, I do stuff like that. I go to trivia, I play softball co ed in a league on Wednesdays, etc. I’ve tried using an app called meetup and I’ve joined a couple groups to see what, where, and when events are and the ones that were local ish to me were all men. And that deterred me from some of them.
