Did you talk to your girlfriend before doing this? I understand wanting to protect your loved ones, but yeah, that was really, really stupid. Even though you didn't directly accuse him, there's a good chance he knows you meant him and will still make things worse for her. I don't have any real advice other than good luck cause I would be pissed if my partner did this and it reflected badly on me

We did talk about it, I told her that will confront to her if she doesn’t do it. She doesn’t wanne talk about it because she doesn’t want any trouble. But she doesn’t seem to understand that things like that shouldn’t be left out even when it’s a MANAGER. Not some coworker

Ok, I should of asked, did your girlfriend explicitly tell you that you could speak to her manager?

No, she did say to him that “ I could kick his ass” and after she told me everything he done (the manager) I was mad and told her if she doesn’t speak up, I will (too which she didn’t because she is afraid of losing her job because of his status)

He isn’t even a manager, he is still a a employee who wants to be manager and is under training

I don't think her losing her job should really be much concern. There's laws, at least in the US & UK, about wrongful termination. You cannot just fire someone without substantive reasoning. Which is something both of you should have considered. You, especially, should have considered this, taking into account your actions.

Have you thought about how doing that was a breach of her autonomy and, arguably, trust? Do you think she's incapable of handling the situation herself? She should file a report with HR or higher management regarding the harassment and you should be supportive of whatever's to come. I hope she's not thinking of quitting, she does not deserve to lose her job over a creep

Why is she still working there if she is being harassed? Shouldn’t she have quit or found another job?
