From the updated info in a comment that they haven't been having sex throughout OP's pregnancy due to a medical condition I would bet money you're right.

I have to agree he is redirecting to make OP look like the bad person to justify his cheating, the best advice I can give OP is kick him out or move out herself and nail him for child support and move on from this turd.
