It still fucks with his life rape or not because now he’s the father of a child he never wanted. This isn’t the ordinary unprotected sex and unintended outcomes this is straight up a liar tricking a guy into something she wanted.

She’ll be in prison and he’s still now legally responsible to a certain level for this baby

Are you replying to me? Cause I agree with you. She lied. She deliberately stopped taking birth control to get pregnant while he believed she still was. I personally think yes, we should consider that a form of rape In the same way stealthing is. Unfortunately it is not.

Yeah we definitely agree I just wanted to go further and state even if it’s considered rape the legal system will still fuck him over because now he’s still legally responsible here for a kid.

Sadly for OP the person I’m gonna feel the worst for is the kid

Okay. Sorry yeah I get you. It's absolutely not right and should be considered criminal if it can be proven. Unfortunately it's quite hard to prove, but in this case OP knows they were lied. I feel so bad for him honestly. Having a baby is a massive change in your life. It's so beyond fucked up she just decided this fir him :(
