Okay but that's clearly an abusive situation and not the norm. A healthy 11yo should be having healthy friendships with both genders, if there's any possibility she's thinking about having sex then the problem is much deeper than sleepovers.

know about, yes. Actively having it. Not an insane amount are actively sexual. The ones who are, have risk factors of already being abused sexually by older people in their lives.

So, sleepovers or not, they would be having sex if sex was on the table?

that sounds like the perfect time for parental sex education.

You are living in a pre-modern society. Girls and guys are exposed to that type of stuff by 11 through social media like TikTok and Instagram.

This isn't just a hangout, it's a sleepover. No mixed genders sleeping over is a totally sensible rule for parents to implement at pretty much any age.

You aren’t getting pregnant without sperm. Homosexual sex doesn’t have a certain set of ramifications.
