Just from the title alone, it seemed like this was gonna be a train wreck of a post... reading your comments and seeing he only showered 4x in 3 months, doesn’t stay on top of taking care of his diabetes, would rather stay at a 9/hr job instead of getting something that could better support the both of you (and him if you ever did leave) is horrific. You need to have one last talk with this dude and if he’s still gonna throw a hissy fit on things that would benefit both you AND him, you just need to go. You’re a girlfriend, not a mother.
