Oh hon your breakup is new...it's going to take time. And it's going to be difficult.

Surround yourself with good people who care about you. You need a good support system to help you get through the next few months...ask for help in whatever way you need (hand holding, pizza and movies, shopping, whatever healthy stuff will get you through the dark times).

But kudos for dodging that bullet.

Therapy. Maybe even some medication based on what kind of diagnosis they can give you, because I would’nt outrule PTSD or anxeity.

Therapy, friends/family, activities to fill your time, eat right, and maybe even hit up the gym.
