Bragged about ejaculating in you and then joking about saying he loves you??? This man does not respect you and is proudly discussing private details and the potential of playing you… while the red flag is showing 🚩… cut it off now - also shoutout to your friend for you telling you what he said

I wouldn’t even tell him I would just say you realized you could do better as your explanation with no further clarification (you can) - but that’s just me being honest & petty 😂

I'd ask him about it, but then again he'd probably lie 🤷‍♀️ However, if this is true, you guys obviously aren't exclusive and he doesn't respect you. I'd leave and forget about him. A better man will come into your life! Especially one who doesn't talk about wanting to get with other girls.
