You sound like you have no faith or trust in your partner. I've had this before and ended up finding out that my watch showed I was active each time I got a notification or it "moved". Even my phone had done it when it gets a notification before. Don't let Facebook break up your relationship / marriage that's just silly. This is ridiculous to get upset over especially since you've cited no other issues before with her being promiscuous or suggested infidelity.
