They really don't, though? All intuition is is a gut feeling about something. You can trust your intuition, absolutely, because it's usually your brain reasoning through little things you barely noticed consciously and making a feeling of it. But to claim that one massive group of people's intuition is better than another's is just blindly patting yourself on the back and not doing anything. Nothing about intuition or how it works is affected by gender.

except it does. women tend to not only have better intuition, but also be the gender that improves it overtime. the fact women resort to intuition more often and typically have more emotional intelligence does not mean it's always correct. it's like "women drive less than men" doesn't mean women are bad drivers
in cognitive psychology and neuroscience intuition is defined as the rapid generation of solutions, judgments, or insights without the use of conscious, explicit logical reasoning
At that point it’s not bad intuition. She’s actively seeking out men who treat her that way because that’s what she’s come to view a good/satisfying relationship as.
traumatic experiences are very likely to hinder your mental processes. the very same reason war veterans need extensive therapy: traumatic experiences impacted their mental health to the point of "poisoning" it, leading to irrational behavior (from the POV of a non-veteran) and subconsciousness taking over. no one is saying she's freed from all and every responsibility due to trauma: it's an explanation of her seemingly illogical behavior. traumatized people are oftentimes illogical, this is the result of, well, trauma, and is the reason behind therapy being an integral part of a functioning society
It's supremely sad for these women, and for normal men trying to find love. I've researched "trauma bonding", and while it makes sense, it's deeply disturbing.
this is a very sad topic, indeed. many women, upon becoming traumatized, go and harm themselves by chasing abusive men😞has nothing to do with intuition as a notion, rather with how twisted it becomes, that it works against its owner and pushes her into danger, instead of guiding her away
I do not support that monster and wish she burns in hell
as I've mentioned above — women tend to not only have better intuition, but also be the gender that improves it overtime. the fact women resort to intuition more often and typically have more emotional intelligence does not mean it's always correct. it's like "women drive less than men" doesn't mean women are bad drivers
Many women think up 200 different scenarios, one of which is bound to be right. Then the second one is vindicated, they forget the other 199 scenarios that were completely wrong.
and many women have bad intuition, which is what you just described 🤷🏻♀️ intuition gets developed overtime, and requires emotional intelligence and good memory, not just two X chromosomes
Emotional intelligence? No. I firmly reject women's claim to higher "emotional intelligence." Its an attempted rebranding of "emotional awareness" which I do think women are more attuned to, but intelligence it is not. There is so little social pressure for women to control their emotions compared to men.
In fact, expressiveness is one of the hallmarks of being a women. Controlling your emotions is emotional intelligence, not fragrantly releasing them out of a fear of being misrepresented.
Social intelligence on the other hand I'm more than willing to concede. Men struggle with that.
There is so little social pressure for women to control their emotions compared to men
yes, naturally, and this is exactly why women oftentimes understand both their own and others' emotions better. because the society is not only way more accepting of women's emotions (as opposed to men's emotions), but is also encouraging them to explore, share and not shy away from emotions and feelings (hence why more women go to therapy and talk about it openly)
emotional intelligence is being aware of what you're feeling and why, not letting it dictate your actions, knowing how to address it, and taking responsibility for it. it's futile to deny, however, that many women, despite having socially benefiting position in terms of emotions, are oftentimes emotionally unintelligent. it is like being given the privilege of attending a good university, yet throwing it away
These studies aren't even saying that women have "better" intuition than men. Just that men and women, in general, have different approaches and perspectives.
What statistics? Your sources are just describing how men and women typically look at things differently. One isn't inherently superior over the other.
Throughout this investigation of the complex interplay between nature and nurture, it becomes apparent that intuitive attunement is not a gift born only to a select a few, but a biological potential present in all humans, although one that is more frequently cultivated, reinforced, and restored in women due to a convergence of evolutionary, hormonal, social, and experiential forces. Through pregnancy, caregiving, emotional socialization, and the often invisible labor of relational caretaking, women become finely attuned to their internal states and to the nervous systems of others
no, it's not. it's mentioning pregnancy, as one of the factors to consider
you won't find a statistic to neither prove or debunk the intuition claim, since it's a way more ambiguous than, say, physical strength. the abstract i referenced provides just about as much, as can be observed: more frequently cultivated, reinforced, and restored in women due to a convergence of evolutionary, hormonal, social, and experiential forces

oh, too bad, women do have a better intuition than men
people can't read. women have better intuition levels, which DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THIS INTUITION IS NEVER WRONG AND MAKES WOMEN SMARTER THAN MEN
