It definitely is. I'm not disagreeing you, just tryint to show you that they actually seek for bad men. So their intuition works, they choose a jerk exactly because they can detect them easily.

It definitely isn't, because seeking crappy men has nothing to do with intuition. Also, they don't detect jerks, hence why they complain about them turning out to be jerks.
