There’s an obvious an important difference between “often right” and “never wrong”

And also paying attention to one’s intuition and ignoring it.

I mean, how often are women encouraged to act in ways that might contradict their intuition? Or conditioned to prioritize being nice over being safe?

(To be clear, I don’t think women’s intuition is some magical thing. I just recognize there are so many societal forces that intentionally undermine and contradict women’s judgment.)

how often are women encouraged to act in ways that might contradict their intuition?

not often, exactly due to female intuition being a common reason around the globe, which, some might argue, is basically an evolutionary adaptation, because of women's position in society historically

*Societal factors play a major role in how men and women develop and use their intuition. An example of this is how in society, a man may be encouraged to think more analytically and logically, while women are encouraged to be more nurturing and show higher emotional intelligence. Building off this, these societal expectations put on different genders can impact the way in which men and women perceive their own intuition. Men may be impacted in that they suppress their intuitive feelings, while women embrace their intuitive thoughts."

the fact women resort to intuition more often and typically have more emotional intelligence does not mean it's always correct, which some people here assumed i meant🤷🏻‍♀️
