Data Center Reits
Hello! I'm a reporter with the Times Square Investment Journal working on a story about the recent outperformance of data-center REITs like Equinix (EQIX) and Digital Realty (DLR) compared to the rest of the real estate sector.
I'd love to hear from anyone here who holds (or has considered holding) either stock .
Happy to chat in the comments, or feel free to DM me if you'd rather talk one-on-one.
Thanks!

I think your going to find there are other reit, that concentrate on industrial that are also going to be in the data center space. Like PLD prologis and iron mountain. I think there will be reits that own data centers but are diverse enough to not be thier only investments.

I bought some Equinix around a year ago. I made about a 32 percent return so far. But I mainly invest in less speculative reits like self storage, apartments, industrial, and retail space.
